Family with children convenient stay
The room was spacious with a nice balcony where we enjoyed the sunrise and sunset, it was a marvelous sight. The staff were friendly and provided great advice on where to eat, which made things super easy.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain but the value was acceptable.

Convenient kitchenette for preparing quick meals.
We experienced a lack of basic amenities during our stay. The room was in need of ventilation, causing our damp hiking gear to add moisture overnight. Additionally, the bathroom fan was broken, contributing to the unpleasant humidity.

Had a great time here with friends! The location is perfect for exploring the nearby rainforest and fishing spots. The little kitchenette made meal prep easy after visiting the annual Whitebait Festival. The friendly staff were super helpful too!
Unfortunately, we encountered a frustrating incident with the reception being closed earlier than expected when we arrived.

Spacious room with everything needed. Well-equipped kitchenette and comfy bed. The place was spotless and had a nice mountain view. Loved the electric blankets and fresh towels. Cozy atmosphere with heated spaces. Perfect for resting after our adventures. Definitely made our stop memorable!

The room was spacious and clean, with quality furnishings and a surprisingly nice bathroom. however, WiFi was limited to just 500mb, which was a bit frustrating. I'd definitely stay here again!

The space was serene by the beautiful Waioto river, and the staff really made us feel welcome and were informative. With a lovely sun terrace to relax on, it was a great spot for unwinding after our adventures.
The lack of daily room servicing was okay, but would have loved more than just new towels, perhaps an empty bin too.
